For 30 years, Coach Sheridan has been part of player development ranging from 8 and Under to the NAHL. Doug has been involved with elite programs as an owner, coach, scout and director over his post playing career.

Combining his passion for the game and attention to detail allows players to thrive and have continued success at all levels. Coach Sheridan has advised and assisted over 50 athletes move on to Junior and College hockey from the youth programs he has been involved with.
